Customer bought four book cases form IKEA, we assembled them and made look like built in book cases. 
Customer had a water leak in their kitchen and created mold on the sub-floor. Pictures are from crawl space.

While replacing some missing roof shingles for a customer we found that his stack boots needed to be replaced.
Customer had rotted posts on her front porch. We replaced them with 6x6 pressure treated posts and trimmed them out. It changed the whole appearance of the house.
Water damage under kitchen sink, had to remove floor of base cabinet and install a new floor.
The beginning of a complete bathroom remodel job.
Progress on the bathroom remodel job. New drywall in, backer board on the walls and floor, inlay shelving built, shower pan done, and starting to apply rubber seal coat on walls and shower pan.
Tile on the bathroom floor down. Beginning subway tile on walls with glass border. 
All the tile is complete and walls were painted, ready for shower doors.
Vanity installed, new toilet installed, baseboard installed and painted with quarter-round molding. New light fixture installed and trim around window finished. Bathroom is complete.
HPPS LLC was hired to replace old deteriorating privacy fence and rotted fascia board on back of customers condo.
New fence installed and fascia board replaced and painted. Gutters reinstalled.
HPPS LLC was called to a mobile home community to pressure wash and cool seal the roofs of two mobile homes and pressure wash the body of one of the homes. One measured at 16 ft wide x 70 ft long. The other was 14 ft wide x 55 ft long.

Customer called and wanted HPPS LLC to install a new door from the garage to the house. he had an old 6 panel interior door that was allowing cold and insects into the house. We installed this solid core fiberglass exterior door which sealed much better.
On this job the customer had new flooring put in and wanted us to eliminate the old wooden spindles, install the new custom spindles and re-secure the handrail.
The following pictures are of a house that we were contracted to do a complete remodel for the customer who was flipping the house. This first set of pictures was the condition of the home which had sat unoccupied for many years.

This is the finished kitchen with new granite counter tops, pained cabinets with new hardware, new microwave and stove, new kitchen faucet and sink also a new LED light fixture. Along with the rest of the house, ceilings and walls painted and new vinyl plank flooring with quarter round molding installed throughout the house.
This is the finished main bath with original porcelain tub that we cleaned (we added the subway tile), new vanity, new light fixture, new mirror, new toilet and new faucet.
This is the half bath with new toilet, new vanity, new light fixture and mirror.
Pictures of the rest of the house completed. With laundry room cabinets painted, hot water heater lifted off the floor and re-piped, ceiling fans installed in all bedrooms and living room, all new 6-panel doors installed with new hardware, front door replaced with new shaker style door and all new closet shelving.
Pictures of completed outside to include fresh paint on all siding and trim, repairing of all rotted wood, pressuring washing, installing a new garage door and refurbishing deck.
